Testimonial for Reflexology

Lovely to meet you. I felt so much better after my Reflexology session. Tummy is not right but after just one treatment it feels so much better.  I know I need more sessions and will be coming back to complete a course.

How often would I need to go for Reflexology treatment?
Much would depend on the condition and circumstances and this needs to be discussed with your practitioner when you go for your first appointment and a consultation is taken including medical history. In severe cases you may need two or three sessions a week. Many clients start by having a weekly session and then reduce the number of treatments as their condition improves. Monthly or six weekly top up sessions can help to maintain good health. i.e.: - improve sleep, immune system, blood circulation, reduce stress, anxiety and remove build up of toxins from the body.

Can Indian Head massage cure my …….(condition)?
Indian Head massage does not cure. But by inducing a state of relaxation and releasing the body’s own healing potential it can be of a great benefit in most conditions.

Is Indian Head massage painful?
Indian Head massage is a gentle therapy but if there is tension, blockage or imbalance in an area, the muscles may feel a little tender. As balance is restored the tenderness should disappear.

How does Indian Head massage work?
Indian Head massage involves working with a firm and gentle rhythm to help unknot blockages and relieve this uncomfortable build-up of tension. Working on particular areas of the body, (neck and shoulders), where stress affects the major muscle groups, can bring immediate relief. By using specific techniques, the body’s own energies are encouraged to flow through channels or along nerve pathways to all parts, systems and areas of the body. This creates a sense of relaxation that enables the body’s own healing mechanisms to restore health and balance.

Do vitamin and mineral supplements work with Candida?

The body needs a regular supply of vitamins and minerals to keep it working efficiently. A programme of nutrients, some of them Chinese herbs, work well and get the best results. They help to quickly change the local environment and to substitute the harmful microorganisms.

In most cases of Candida there will be a degree of digestive disturbance, ranging from wind and bloating to chronic constipation and /or diarrhoea or acid reflux
